  • new to pilates?

    Everyone starts somewhere! We understand it can be daunting to start but you've made it this far already. 


    To get comfortable with the space you can book a studio tour with Penelope or Jasmin below.

  • first class

    Please arrive 10 minutes early to introduce ourselves and the apparatus, go over important information and familiarise you with our beautiful studio space!


    Please wear comfortable clothing that moves with you, plus a water bottle, small towel, and grip socks (available for purchase in studio for $15 if needed).

  • You and Your Body

    Please let your instructor know prior to the session about any injuries or things you need to be cautious of - as well as during the class, let us know of any sudden pain or discomfort so we can accomodate.

  • memberships

    Our direct debit memberships are a 3 month commitment.  Billing is every two weeks.  Two weeks' notice is required to cancel your Direct Debit membership.

    Pausing of Direct Debit Memberships (minimum one fortnight) require one fortnight of notice  hello@maatstudiopilates.com. 

  • permeant positions

    Permant ongoing positions are available for all classes offered at Ma’at. We ask you to let us know of leave  as soon as possible, permanent positions are held for 4 weeks including ongoing cancellations. Of course if the position is still available after leave it is all yours.


    Cancellation policy still applies. 

  • late cancellations

    Due to our policy (for all classes) at Ma’at there is a 20 hour period - due to popular demand we appreciate if you cancel as soon as possible.

  • Waitlist

    If you have added yourself to the waitlist, you'll receive an email notification when a spot becomes available. Should your plans change, please remove yourself from the waitlist promptly, as your spot will be confirmed automatically when someone late cancels, and we want to ensure all interested clients have a fair opportunity to join the class. 

  • Sickness

    If you are feeling unwell, please consider the health of others. To avoid late cancellation fees; if you’re feeling unwell just take yourself out of the class and if you’re feeling better closer to just add yourself back in.
