    A grounding class that returns you to the foundations.

    With a gentle approach, Essential guides you through the fundamental Pilates movements, building strength, improving alignment, and reconnecting you to your body with clarity and care. Ideal for beginners or anyone wanting to slow down and deepen their awareness.

    A layered, progressive flow that meets you where you’re at, and moves you forward.

    *If you're new to Pilates, we recommend beginning with a private session to help you build confidence and learn the fundamentals before joining a group class.

    Please note that our group classes are not suitable for those in their third trimester of pregnancy or anyone with an acute injury or pathology.

With progressive options to meet you where you’re at, this class activates deep stabilisers, improves posture, and enhances your body awareness through challenging, flowing sequences.

    Gentle, grounding, and accessible. This mat-based flow supports you to reconnect with your body through breath-led, low-impact movement.     A structured and empowering introduction to the Pilates method. Across 10 weeks, you’ll progressively build strength, awareness, and confidence as you move through the foundational levels of mat work. Small apparatus is integrated throughout to support and challenge you.


    Perfect for those new to Pilates or looking to deepen their practice, this series also prepares you to step confidently into reformer, tower, and studio sessions.
