Open Week at Ma'at
Oct 19th - 24th
If you've been sitting on the side lines curious about Pilates, well the perfect time to start has arrived.
.
.
Join us for our first ever Open Week and experience the Ma’at method in our intimate studio environment.
Whether you’re new to Pilates or have been wanting to find a practice that truly fits your life, this is your opportunity to experience:
- Mat, Reformer and Tower classes
- Expert guidance from our instructors
- Small, supportive classes
- A welcoming community where you can build confidence at your own pace
At Ma’at, Pilates isn’t about being the strongest person in the room.
It’s about understanding your body, building confidence and creating a movement practice that supports you for the long term.
Due to our intentionally small classes, we’re opening only 20 spots for Open Week to ensure every person receives the guidance and support that makes the Ma’at experience so special.
Your first step at Ma'at
If you’re new to Pilates, we recommend starting with Mindful Movements Mat.
We’ve found that clients who begin on the Mat often build the strongest foundations and the most sustainable Pilates practice.
Starting without the equipment allows you to learn the Pilates method, understand how your body moves and build confidence before progressing into Reformer and Tower.
It also allows our instructors to understand your movement and guide you in the way that best supports your body.
Look out for these Mindful Movements Mat classes:
Tuesday - 5:30pm
Wednesday - 9:15am 4:30pm
Thursday - 6:30pm
Friday - 8:15am
Saturday - 10:00am
Reformer & Tower
If you’re new to Ma’at or Pilates, we recommend starting with an Essentials class (Reformer Essentials & Tower Essentials)
This allows you to learn the equipment, understand the foundations and receive the support you need from the beginning.
Our goal is always to help you start in the right place, so you can build confidence, progress safely and create a Pilates practice you can enjoy for years to come.

The New to Ma'at or Pilates? Start with Ma'at Mastery:
Ma'at Mastery is our
6 week beginner program, commencing
Monday October 26th.
A
6-week foundations
experience designed to help you
build confidence,
understand the Pilates method and create a
sustainable movement routine
across
Mat, Reformer and Tower.
This progressive series across Mat, Reformer and Tower, is built specifically for beginners so you progress properly instead of guessing.
You'll understand exactly what you're doing and why it matters - not just moving for the sake of moving.
By the end, you're not "keeping up." You're strong, confident, and capable of walking into any class on our timetable, because you've actually built the foundation.
We know consistency is built when movement fits into your life.
These class times are currently being finalised, and we want to create options that make attending 2–3 classes per week realistic and maintainable for you.
Please enquire with your preferred days and times, and we’ll do our best to find the right fit.
Potential class times:
Monday - 4:30pm
Tuesday - 7:30am 4:30pm
Thursday - 7:30am 6:30pm
Friday - 7:00am

Hear from our clients:
"I am returning to pilates, post children (hello c sections) and a recent hysterectomy. Pene took the time to get to know me and my abilities and led me to classes she believed were suitable. Tower is great, a spin off to reformer classes and still a great workout, stretch for the whole body and a time to pause for me. So lucky I was recommended to try Ma'at."
Michelle
"I’ve been going to Ma’at Studio Pilates for a couple of months now, and after never having done Pilates before, I’m honestly surprised by how much I love it. I really look forward to every session. I can feel myself getting better and stronger each week.
What I love most is how welcoming the studio is. I felt comfortable from day one, even though there are people there who are much stronger than me, I’ve never felt out of place. The whole space feels safe, supportive and relaxed, while still giving just the right amount of challenge.
Julie
"No Pilates comes even close to how you feel coming out of Ma’at. A full body experience that truly connects you to your body. All instructors are incredible, such a community energy. The variety of mixing up your week with mat and reformer and the occasional semi private studio feels so good!"
Molly
"I’ve come back to conditioning my body after having children and the team at Ma’at have made that a really positive, non-intimidating experience. The instructors are clearly knowledgeable and have been able to explain certain movements and body placements in a way that it hadn’t clicked in my mind before.
I love that they offer both mat and reformer classes and have learned different things from each of them. I’ll be continuing to do both!"
